Data Deletion Policy

Purpose

This policy explains how and when user data may be deleted from the BuildStamp service.

Deletion Upon Subscription Cancellation

When a subscription is cancelled:

Users are responsible for exporting records prior to cancellation.

Deletion Upon Access Expiration (Dispute Packages)

For one-time Dispute Packages:

User-Requested Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting legal@buildstamp.co.

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to:

Service Shutdown or Discontinuation

If BuildStamp discontinues operations:

BuildStamp does not guarantee data availability beyond the operational life of the Service.

Backups and Residual Copies

Deleted data may persist temporarily in system backups. Such backups are maintained for operational continuity and are overwritten on a routine basis.

Responsibility Disclaimer

BuildStamp does not act as a long-term records custodian.

Users remain solely responsible for maintaining independent copies and meeting any statutory, contractual, or regulatory retention requirements.
