• Provide record-preservation functionality
• Generate timestamps, integrity metadata, and exports
• Process payments and manage subscriptions

We do not sell user data or use it for advertising.

User-Submitted Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.

BuildStamp does not review, interpret, or validate the accuracy or legality of submitted records. Users should not submit information they are not authorized to disclose.

Data Storage & Security

Records are stored using reputable third-party infrastructure providers. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Data Retention

Records are retained while the Service remains operational and the user maintains an active subscription, subject to plan-specific maximum intended retention periods.

Users are responsible for exporting and maintaining independent copies of records for long-term needs.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email delivery services
• Payment processing (Stripe)

These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
