No Confirmation of Submission or Receipt

BuildStamp does NOT confirm submission, receipt, acceptance, or compliance with any government, regulatory, or third-party system.

Users are solely responsible for submitting records through required official portals and obtaining necessary confirmations independently.

No Guarantee of Retention

Retention periods described in pricing plans represent maximum intended availability while the Service is active. They do NOT constitute a guarantee of availability for any specific duration.

Users are responsible for exporting and maintaining independent copies of records.

No Sole Reliance

BuildStamp should NOT be relied upon as:

• The exclusive custodian of records
• The authoritative source for any matter
• The sole basis for legal, compliance, or evidentiary decisions

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BuildStamp does not guarantee:

• Error-free performance
• Prevention of data loss
• Availability beyond the operational life of the Service

Limitation of Liability

BuildStamp's total liability is limited to fees paid in the most recent billing period (maximum $100 USD). In extreme circumstances involving gross negligence, absolute maximum liability is $200 USD.
